He is the founder and proprietor of Imam Abdul-Wadud Haruna Institute for Quran Memorization and Islamic studies, with over 150 students memorizing the Holy Quran Special Islamic School for the studies of Arabic Language and Islamic Studies based in Kumasi, Ashanti Region, with students numbering more than 200. Wadudiya Islamic school, which is an Arabic and English institution under the Ghana Education Service From kindergarten to J.H.S. Author of 5 books to his credit prominent among them is Bushral muhibeen w al Muredeen and Zuhurul Fayda.
